A Weekend for OSP's Newest Surgeons
The first OSP Partners in Practice brings together the next generation of Oral Surgery Partners surgeons with experienced OSP surgeons, leadership, and key industry partners for a weekend centered on connection, professional development, and relationship building.
ABOUT THE EVENT
Unlike a traditional conference, this event is intentionally designed to remain small and highly interactive. Educational programming focuses on the business of being a surgeon — leadership, practice growth, business development, and building a successful career within OSP — while the second half of Saturday shifts toward shared experiences and more organic opportunities to connect.
Our goal is to create an environment where conversations continue beyond the meeting room and attendees leave with stronger relationships across the OSP network.

FRI • MARCH 5 • EVENING
Connection
The weekend begins with a Welcome Reception on the rooftop of Noelle, giving attendees the chance to meet, reconnect, and spend time together in a relaxed setting after travel.
A half-day educational session on the topics new surgeons tell us they want more of: leadership, business development, practice growth, referral relationships, practice economics, and building a successful practice. Intentionally business and leadership focused rather than clinical.
SAT • MARCH 6 • MORNING
Development
Following the day's sessions, attendees will have an opportunity to unwind, explore Nashville, and connect with fellow surgeons and industry partners in a more relaxed setting.
The afternoon may include a curated, Nashville-inspired experience designed to encourage organic conversation and relationship building ahead of the evening's festivities.
Additional details surrounding the afternoon's activities and sponsorship opportunities will be shared as the event takes shape.

OSP attendees will continue the night for a Closing Dinner and evening experience, celebrating the weekend and giving attendees one final opportunity to connect as a group. After closing dinner, the remainder of the night is open to attendees and vendors to explore Nashville, if they would like!

Getting to Nashville
All programming is based at Noelle in downtown Nashville, with the Saturday evening Closing Dinner at an off-site venue.

TRAVEL
Attendees should plan to arrive in Nashville by 4:00pm on Friday, March 5 and can leave at their own convenience on Sunday, March 7.
